Research Assistants at Call Center

Communication Center, Inc. is a market research company that conducts research for various clients. We have been established since 1987 with our corporate officed located in Washington, D.C.

Many of our surveys are on various topics.

We have three call centers located in Fresno, Washington, and Florida. Our Fresno Location is always meeting its monthly goals, and why we need research assistants to help with our business.

Our research assistants conduct telephone surveys. This is not telemarketing, we do not sell anything. We collect data to help our clients make decisions based on survey results.

We work well with college students schedule as you can pick what days you would like to work.

Must be able to work minimum of 3 days including Sunday
Shifts available are :
Monday through Thursday 2-6pm or 5-9 pm.
Sunday 11-7pm.

Part Time Only.

Qualifications:
Research Assistant
* Must type at least 20-25 WPM
* Must be able to pass a basic reading test
* Great communication skills - Upbeat voice
* Timely to work / Good history of previous attendence

Bilingual Research Assistant
*Must be able to speak and read Spanish
* Will take certification exam for Spanish upon being hired
*Pay rate for bilingual surveys is higher

You will be required to take a typing test and reading test.
