Marketing Manager
Granville Homes, one of California’s premier home builders is seeking a Marketing Manager
A successful person in this position will develop innovative programs to promote Granville Homes to potential and existing homeowners and the community. He/she will implement, manage and measure marketing programs that result in driving qualified traffic and sales. This person will plan and execute company sponsored events ranging in purpose, scope, size and venue. Additionally, the position will provide marketing guidance and recommendations in strategy, tactical planning and selection focused on geography, product and target buyer in order to maximize earnings.
Required Qualifications:
•Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field;
•3 -5 years previous marketing experience;
•Specific marketing experience in event planning and direct marketing;
•Ability to communicate and interact effectively with different types of people including but not limited to homeowners, city and government representatives and officials, media representatives and co-workers at all levels;
•Excellent writing skills;
•Strong data compilation and analysis skills;
•Ability to manage and develop multiple direct reports;
•Ability to multi task in a dynamic, fast-paced environment;
•An upbeat, outgoing and professional demeanor and approach to getting the job done;
•Ability to remain focused, positive and cheerful while changing direction and priorities frequently;
•Innovative and creative approach to the work;
•Ability to work with multiple departments including the sales, production and design departments;
•Strong computer skills including but not limited to MS Office applications;
•Schedule flexibility.
*Experience working with new home sales desired.
