OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR

Small business (commercial /agriculture real estate) based in Fresno, with satellite office in Bakersfield, needs full time/nearly full time, mature, experienced person. Firm has principal and one full time equivalent contract employee. Responsibilities include presenting bids to principal/owner; phone dialogue with clients; problem solving; administrative/clerk duties; light local (Fresno) courier duties; maintaining office calendar/schedule; word processing; some internal accounting/financial duties (electronic checkbook register, deposit preparation, drafting checks for accounts payable, some collections, etc); etc. Must have word processing skills along with some minor Excel and ten key experience and digital photograph and fundamental computer skills.
