Area Services Director - Fresno Regional Office
At Planned Parenthood, our most valuable asset is our people. We are currently recruiting for an Area Services Director for our Fresno Regional Office.
SUMMARY:
Hire, coach, supervise and evaluate Clinic Managers and others to facilitate the effective management, sustained productivity, and financial solvency of clinical and educational programs and associated services within their area.
Serve as a resource to Managers and maintain a close working knowledge of community issues and center and program operations regarding visits, service and financial trends, quality assurance issues and customer satisfaction. Support Managers in effectively managing opportunities in these areas.
Assure effective implementation and maintenance of internal marketing measures, client satisfaction, client access, client retention, and outcomes evaluation.
Work with Medical Director, the Associate VP of Quality Management and other Services Division resource staff to assure that clinical, educational, and outreach services are delivered in manner that is consistent with agency policies, priorities and goals.
Promote identification of needs and problem solving within and between areas and departments. Identify areas to integrate and improve program management, clinic operations and systems. Deploy resources to maintain and enhance delivery of high quality clinical, educational and outreach services.
Assure that Managers effectively manage their financial resources, including administration of clinic and program budgets. Assure that financial, service statistics, and billing data are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
QUALIFICATINS:
MBA or MPH, preferred. Experienced manager with strong knowledge of community clinic operations or of sexuality educational and outreach program management. Ability to communicate effectively and directly (written and oral) Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to set priorities and maintain composure under stress. Ability to train, coach and motivate. High level of motivation. Willing to travel (frequently within the affiliate and periodically to outside meetings.
