We currently have a Field Sales Executive career opportunity open covering the Central California area.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Sales Executive is the first level of contact with existing accounts in their assigned territory with CSC Labs. Responsible for sales performance, building customer relations and services, and conclude with sales. The Sales Executive will utilize corporate tools and applications to document, plan, monitor, and meet sales objectives within their territory. This person must meet established sales goals. The Sales Executive must communicate on an ongoing basis with the Sales Team at CSC’s Main Office regarding personal development, sales results, and plans of action.

•Implement a sales plan.
•Make a minimum of 10 to 12 sales calls per day.
•Secure 2 to 3 future appointments per day.
•Ability to close sales. (Act as a true sales person, not an order taker).
•Meet sales quotas consistently in both frame products and lab sales.
•Service and maintain existing business in territory.
•Able to build relationships with decision makers.
•25% overnight travel.

Requirements
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

•Bachelor’s degree preferred.
•Demonstrated sales results with 1 to 3 years outside sales experience preferred.
•Demonstrated presentation and sales skills.
