Operations Administrative Assistant

The Operations Administrative Assistant is responsible for support of Community Food Bank
efforts to acquire and distribute food. Duties include coordinating the dispatch of Community
Food Bank’s trucks to pick up and deliver product, and providing general support services,
including clerical and administrative duties and the preparation of internal and external reports
related to agency activity and the receipt and distribution of food. The following is a list of major
duties and responsibilities for this position. It is not all-inclusive. Other duties and
responsibilities may be added as needed and, in addition, management as appropriate may
modify this job description.
