1. IMPORTANT: When signing-up, please make sure that when you enter your password, it is more than 8 characters long.
2. Please check the pricing page before setting up your profile. If you set-up your profile without subscribing and you are neither a non-profit or a start-up, we will send you an invoice.
3. Fresnojobs.org is not just a job board. We continue to optimize this website so that it is search engine friendly and ranks high in the organic search result. When you compare our services to other job boards (especially those free ones), consider the benefits of local search engine marketing to your website as well. So instead of paying us for linking to your website to boost your search engine positioning, why not subscribe to get the maximum benefit of recruitment advertising + search engine marketing.
4. After posting a job opportunity, a link will be provided to "Close the job posting to comments". For the time being, we are requiring account holders to close commenting on all job posting until further notice. This does not affect your ability to advertise your jobs or events. By closing the comments, you avoid the unnecessary hassle of responding to unwelcomed/unnecessary questions from candidates.

TERMS OF USE

By joining Fresnojobs.org (this website) you agree to the following rules:

1. To maintain membership in this network, you have to be a bonafide employer that provides jobs that are located in Fresno County (see wikipedia for list of cities). The webmaster reserves the right to ban anyone from this network if there is reason to believe that the member is not a bonafide employer and is using this service for spamming, harvesting e-mails, or search engine marketing purposes.
2. Videos and photos that are to be uploaded should NOT contain any nudity (pornographic), violent, or offensive material.
3. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse the following employer-types from posting into the main job posting categories. The following employer types could still subscribe, but has to join the "Other Job Types Grouping" then post job opportunities:
   • Dept. of Defense: please post your job opportunity under "Other Job Types: DoD"
   • Multilevel Marketers (MLM): please post your job opportunity under "Other Job Types: Agents/Work at Home"
   • Commission-based Sales/Biz Dev Offers: please post your job opportunity under "Other Job Types: Agents/Work at Home"
   • Adult Industry Recruiting: sorry, we do not offer our services to this industry at this time

   We reserve the right to immediately ban any employer from this network if it violates our Terms of Use. Of course, we will give a courtesy notice, unless we just plainly suspect that one is abusing the system. (Because the FJ subscription price is really inexpensive compared to other tactics when this website is used for search engine marketing purposes)

4. Please upload photos (sneak peek in the workplace photos) with a maximum width of 1024 pixels and a maximum height of 768 pixels. This should be big enough for most of the people in the world that browse the internet at only 1024 pixels wide.
