Why pay for a Job Board (specifically Fresnojobs.org)?

For many, paying for internet-based services takes a while of getting used to, especially when there almost always a FREE alternative to any services out there. For example, why subscribe to a newspaper when you could read the news online, anytime, anywhere; and what's more, you get to save trees in the process. One might lead to the same thinking of why would I pay to post my job opportunity somewhere, when there are free alternative job boards (like Craigslist). Answer: value proposition.… Continue
